Nate is a young man who is convinced that he has nothing to offer anyone.  Not yet out of high school and already in trouble with the law, he has resigned himself to be what society perceives him to be.  When he is faced with the prospect of losing his sister, he opens his heart for help, which is sent to him in the form of Aaron.

Aaron is a man scarred by tragedy.  Carry the burden of his guilt, he asks God to help make a difference in the lives of others.  When Aaron meets Nate, he realizes that God has answered his prayer.  What he soon discovers is that by trying to help Nate, he is really helping himself.

Their friendship soon becomes a journey to bring all of those whose lives are touched by the Kansas Auto Racing Complex closer to God.  We often pray for guidance, but fail to let Him help us through others.
